A shop that is closed is losing money every day it stays closed. Commercial work is run to a date, on a sequence that keeps trades off each other, and handed back ready to trade.

Turnkey, specifically
Most projects fail in the gaps between trades. Turnkey removes the gaps by removing the handovers.

One contract
Design, civil work, joinery, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, finishes and styling on a single scope and a single bill. Nobody bills you twice for the same wall.

One person to call
A site supervisor who answers for every trade on site. You do not chase the carpenter, the electrician and the painter separately.

Dated milestones
The schedule is fixed at the drawing stage, with dates against each stage. Delays get reported, not discovered.

Our own joinery
Wardrobes, counters and cabinetry are made to our drawings rather than bought to fit. What is drawn is what arrives.

Handed over working
Snagged, cleaned, styled and photographed. Switches labelled, warranties collected, keys in your hand.

Listening
Before a single line is drawn we sit in your space, or the empty plot, and ask how you actually live. Where the morning light lands. Who cooks. Who never puts anything away.
- 02
Drawing
Plans, elevations and full 3D walkthroughs. You see the place before it exists, and you change your mind while changing it is still free.
- 03
Making
Civil work, joinery, services, finishes. Our own supervisors on site, our own carpenters on the bench, one schedule everybody works to.
- 04
Handing Over
Styled, cleaned, snagged and photographed. We leave when the place feels finished — not when the invoice does.
You will have one number to call for all of it. That is the entire advantage of a turnkey studio, and it is a large one.
